• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Shower accessories (sponges, gloves, brushes, etc.) must be new and unused.

3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not.

Refunds

• If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. defective or incorrect product).
