TORREIP ORIGINALLY BEGAN AS A CARIBBEAN FOLK MUSIC VINYL RECORD FROM MARTINIQUE

— Released in 1982, co-produced by Félix Pierrot Bassin and Paul-Henri Joséphine, my father, the TORREIP record was, for me, a fragment of a past life - until it resurfaced in 2020, listed for sale on eBay.

In this era where we all seek meaning and experience in our everyday consumption, I felt the need to create timeless cosmetics - ones that could stand the test of time and generations, just like that old record. Just as listening to vinyl makes us feel present and connected to real life, I want to reintroduce the great old ritual of soap - into every modern bathroom.
